My name is David Hill. Welcome to the Negotiate Your Salary blog!

This blog has one and only one purpose – to give FREE but professional tips and advices to employees and job seekers on how to best negotiate a salary.

I am a business laywer. NEGOTIATING IS WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING. For years I have successfully helped clients to negotiate million dollar company acquistions, outsourcing agreements, collective bargaining agreements, shareholders agreement, purchase agreements, and so on.

I have used the same negotiating techniques and methods when negotiating my salary. In this blog, I give YOU a possibility to ask me questions on your particular problem on how to negotiate a salary and get professional advice from me.

Example of relevant questions are: How do I avoid to make a salary offer that is too high or too low? Should I make the first offer or not? How do I prepare for my salary negotiation? Is my salary negotiable at all? And so on. Your problem is unique for you. Please ask me and I’ll answer.
