The guaranteed way to a higher salary

Why did you go out on the Internet this time? And why did you come to this blog? There answer is obvious: You want a high salary. Either you want to increase your salary with you existing employer or you want to get a high salary from a new employer.

If you really want a higher salary, then you must first of all avoid making the no. #1 mistake in salary negotiations.

The no #1 mistake people make is that they search on the Internet and try to find free and simply shortcuts to a huge paycheck. Or a magic wand that over night will make them masters on how to negotiate a salary. Or some mircaoulous step-by-step method that will make the employer simple kneel and pay what you ask for.

There is loads of information on how to negotiate a salary out there! Mostly on web pages of recruiting companies and similar companies. This information provided in all well meaning. I fear, however, that most employees using this information end up being disappointed.

Why? Because, the shortness of the information gives an appearance that negotiating a salary is an easy thing! And I can tell you right away, it’s not easy at all. On the contrary, to negotiate your salary is often much more complicated than negotiating a joint venture between two Dow Jones companies!

Therefore, do not make the no #1 mistake everyone else does. Take your salary negotiation seriously and I can guarantee you improved results.

I have written the short book “How To Negotiate Your Salary Like A Pro!” in which I teach, in a simple but serious way, how you can apply professional negotiating techniques used to close everything from million dollar business transactions to peace treaties when negotiating your salary.
